How to exercise on the machine?

Use: Warm-up your joints and muscles for five minutes. Stand with your back in front of the machine, grab the axle and place it on your shoulders. Slowly and continuously perform squats to the starting position.

Routine: Repeat the movement ten times and then take a break for 2 minutes. You can make a maximum of five consecutive groups depending on the user´s current health. If you feel any pain, stop training immediately.
